The range of problems and individuals we see in the Probation Service cannot be tacked in isolation. Because of this, a large proportion of our work is undertaken along with a wide range of organisation from the statutory, private and voluntary sectors.Working in partnership underpins our current delivery and is a key part of our future strategy. Kent Probation works with a variety of partners and is always looking for new and innovative ideas. We are looking for opportunities for community payback schemes where offenders can undertake their unpaid work order. Particularly those that benefit the community, provide the offenders with skills and are sustainable in the medium to long term. The emphasis is on partnership and building alliances, attracting new resources for working with offenders and using the skills and expertise of all parties to effectively reduce re-offending.To get involved or learn more, contact us here.
