If you have been supervised or assessed by Kent Probation you are entitled to a copy of the information we hold on you.To view a copy of your file, you can make a subject access request. This can be made directly or via your solicitor with a signed certificate of authority included. If your request results in a large amount of copying, we are entitled to charge a £10 for this.Some of the information we hold on you will be exempt from disclosure.
